Heights Parents Association
The Heights Parents Association (HPA) serves to promote a sense of community among Heights' families and to provide parents a variety of opportunities to engage in the life of the School. In addition, the HPA serves as a formal channel of communication between the parent community and the school's Administration.
Every parent is a member of the HPA!
The HPA is comprised of three operating groups: the Executive Committee; the Mothers Club; and the Fathers Club. Through these operating groups, parents volunteer to support the School in a number of critical areas including: fundraising, caring for our new Chapel, providing refreshments for parent receptions, and helping
the Administration with school mailings and other staff support. Parent volunteers also act as class representatives and help arrange long-established grade-specific traditions such as the Lower School Fall Festival, the Middle School Gentlemen's Adventure Dinners, and the Mother/Son Mass and Brunch for eighth and twelfth graders.
At the start of every school year, parents can volunteer at back-to-school nights, smokers for dads or Mothers Club volunteer night. Those who offer to share their time and talents are then contacted by parent event chairs.
