David Mitchell

Dave Mitchell graduated from The Heights in 2005 after eight years as a student.  He received his B.B.A. at Loyola College in Baltimore.  He is now in his second year as a sixth grade homeroom teacher and his classes will include earth science, history, and literature.  As a three-sport athlete at The Heights, Dave developed a strong desire to coach.  He spent four summers coaching and teaching at the Tenley Achievement Program.  In his final year in Baltimore, he was the head coach of a local junior varsity lacrosse team.  Dave now plays a considerable role in the Cavalier’s athletic program as the head JV basketball coach, an assistant varsity lacrosse coach, and the eighth grade soccer coach.
