The Heights School Athletic Department develops boys into physically fit men imbued with courage, camaraderie and cheerfulness who are ready to serve others in the ordinary and extraordinary circumstances of life. Through rigorous programs our coaches encourage student-athletes to pursue excellence in fitness, sports, and character.

Defining Characteristics of The Heights Athletics Department
Physical fitness is a mature virtue that makes the person apt for rigorous work. It is an integral part of the authentic readiness for service to God, family and society, which is the goal of the formation of each young man and corresponds to his inner hopes as well.
The Heights School instills in its student athletes a winning spirit through rigorous preparation and determination to give what it takes to get the job done.
• Good sportsmanship: imbue all – coaches, players, fans – with respect for everyone
