Crescite Fund

Thank you so much to everyone who has given or pledged so far!  As always, your gifts to the Crescite Fund will strengthen our curriculum, fine arts, athletics, and advisory programs, as well as help us attract and retain the caliber of faculty that makes The Heights unique.

If you want to give to the Crescite Fund, it's not too late!  The Crescite Fund runs this year until June 30th, 2011.  Please help us meet our goal of $650,000 and 80% parent participation.

The 2010-11 campaign is being led by current parents Paul and Sherry Denis (Ian '17, Gordon '14) and a wonderful team of devoted parent volunteers.  Thank you too to all our alumni class representatives who will be helping us grow alumni Crescite Fund participation!

Done in 31 Campaign Updates:

10/1/10 - Done in 31 is announced as the "H" thermometer sign goes up, announcing our $650,00 goal.  Parents receive a postcard that highlights how the Crescite Fund impacts curriculum.  This is week 1!

10/4/10 - Class Parent Representatives join us for Done in 31 as they challenge their classes and fellow parents to reach 85% class participation.  What class will get there first?

10/6/10 - Gifts and pledges start to come in from parents and alums.  We've just reached $34,835.

10/7/10 - The Crescite Fund Parent Committee just had their first meeting and is very excited about this year's campaign.  Thanks to all the volunteers for leading the way on Done in 31.

10/12/10 - We've just reached over $70,000 in gifts and pledges.  Thanks to everyone who has given so far!

10/15/10 - Parent participation is now at 13% school-wide.  Congrats to the class of 2020 whose class participation is already at 37%.  Overall we've raised $101,100 to date. 

10/21/10 - Another sticker has gone up on the "H" thermometer sign in front of the School.  $171,922 raised to date in gifts and pledges.

10/28/10 - We're making great progress.  With just 3 more days in October, it's not too late to be Done in 31.  If we can get 40 more gifts between now and next Monday we'll reach over 50% parent participation.

11/1/10 - Done in 31 has been a tremendous success!  We'll be getting back to everyone very soon about our final October numbers and next steps for the community.

12/1/10 - Gifts continue to come in for this year's Crescite Fund.  Recently we've seen a number of gifts from Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, and past parents.  Thank you!  Right now parent participation is at 57% and we've received over $326,000 in gifts and pledges.  If you're still interested in giving to this year's campaign, don't miss out on this opportunity to make a 2010 tax-deductible gift before December 31.
